Dear colleagues!

The Vth Russian Congress of Laboratory Medicine will be held in Moscow on September 11-13, 2019. It is organized by the Association of Laboratory Specialists and Organizations “Federation of Laboratory Medicine”, Research and Practice Society of Laboratory Specialists and Russian Association of Medical Laboratory Diagnostics.

The Congress is held in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, Public Health Department of the city of Moscow and Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

During the days of the 4th Russian Congress of Laboratory Medicine more than 460 Russian and international speakers took part in the work of 119 scientific sections, discussion clubs, round tables and workshops and the total number of visiters was 8711.  The Congress was a great success and was approved by a wide range of specialists in laboratory diagnostics and members of scientific community. A special exhibition of the Congress – “Laboratory City” – was arranged in accordance with an original concept (like a real city), where products and technologies of more than 150 companies were presented, including developers, producers, and distributers of laboratory equipment and consumable materials.

In 2019 the number of participants of the Congress is expected to about 9,000 attendees, including specialists in clinical laboratory diagnostics, laboratory chiefs, leading representatives of various clinical specializations (cardiologists, infectiologists, epidemiologists, gynecologists, urologist, etc.), leading scientists (Russian and international), heads of medical and preventive treatment facilities and healthcare administration from different regions of Russia, as well as economists and social scientists.

The Vth Russian Congress of Laboratory Medicine is planned as a large-scaled and multi-faceted research and practice event.
